Renovating an apartment in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district is always a project that requires sensitivity and vision. On this occasion, the premise was clear: to transform the space to give it a modern, elegant, and welcoming industrial feel<\/strong>, respecting its privileged location and adapting it to a contemporary lifestyle.<\/p>\n<\/div>

One of the greatest treasures of the apartments in the Eixample district is their natural light, thanks to the orientation of their courtyards and large windows. For this reason, one of the main decisions was to enlarge the rooms, seeking a greater sense of spaciousness and visual continuity throughout the apartment<\/strong>. A clever redistribution was carried out to improve the entry of natural light and adapt the home to a more open and dynamic lifestyle.<\/p>\n
